There are three or four Committee meetings per year, which are held online. Branch members are welcome to attend Committee meetings, and are requested to advise the Hon Secretary (Dave Wilton) in advance at secretary@upperthames-butterflies.upperthames-butterflies.org.uk.

Conservation and Recording Team (CART) meetings are held twice a year. Contact the Conservation and Recording Officer (Grahame Hawker) at conservation@upperthames-butterflies.upperthames-butterflies.org.uk for more information.
